Smart Business Resource Center

When you need to hire more employees because you are expanding, getting ready for a busy season, or have vacancies to fill, the Smart Business Resource Center is here to help. There is no fee for this service. The only cost is the advertising that you do. We ask only that you give us the names of the employees that you hire through the event.
Event time Your hiring fair can be a half-day or daylong event, or even spread over multiple days, whatever meets your needs and fits your busy schedule. Staffing You provide your own staff to run the hiring fair. We suggest you have at least two people - one to greet applicants and invite them to fill out an application, and one to do interviews on the spot! Our staff are available to assist you.		Application process You can utilize your company's application form, or we can provide a generic one for you. Do you require resumes? Resumes done by job seekers in our Center are clear, concise, and easy-to-read. Advertising We will advertise your upcoming event on our website and in our SmartNet Newsletter, sent electronically to our numerous partners. Any advertising you develop, we will gladly display in our Center for one week prior to the hiring fair.
