Program Adviser
The Smart Business Resource Center is seeking qualified Program Adviser candidates for the Redding office in the One Stop to facilitate the connection between businesses with hiring needs and qualified job seekers. The successful candidate will be goal oriented, able to work independently, use good judgment and have strong interpersonal and computer skills.

Caregiver
Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor or case manager. Provide patients with help moving in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs or automobiles, and with dressing and grooming. Change bed linens, wash and iron patients' laundry, and clean patients' quarters. Entertain, converse with, or read aloud to patients to keep them mentally healthy and alert. Plan, purchase, prepare, or serve meals to patients or other family members, according to prescribed diets. Perform a variety of duties as requested by client, such as obtaining household supplies or running errands.

Bartender
Experienced Bartender to work mostly weekends (occasional weeknight). Must be able to pass drug test.

Customer Service Clerk
Duties will include customer service, telephones, sales, cash handling and other duties as assigned. Ideal applicant will be professional in appearance, social and vocabulary skills, able to work independently and skilled in accurate cash handling. Must be able to type 40wpm. This is a part-time, three month project.

Carpenter
Duties include general carpentry, electrical, plumbing, finish carpentry, concrete and other duties as assigned. Must be dependable with reliable transportation to drive to and from job site.

Merchandiser
Provide bakery products to customers and ensure proper display of bakery products with sufficient quantity on customer's shelves. Work is performed to assist Sales Representative, in particular on Sundays and Wednesdays (normal days off for Sales Representative. The work schedule is designed to satisfy customer service needs. This is a part time position of 16-18 hours per week. Start times are generally 3 am and 5 am. A work day could extend up to 12 hours, Additional work may be required during summer and holiday weeks.

Apprentice / Journeyman Plumber
Journeyman, Apprentice, or Plumber's Assistant. We are now accepting applications for the above position. Must have a valid CA driver's license with DMV printout. Rate of pay depends on experience. Must be responsible, have good work ethics and be willing to work 30-50 hours per week in Weaverville and surrounding areas.

Conservation Technician
Conservation Technician willing to spend multiple nights, multiple weeks with other crew members in undeveloped campsites in remote areas of the South Fork of the Trinity River.

Security Officers Needed
Security officer needed for standing guard sites. Must have clean driving record and guard card. As a Security Officer, your responsibilities will be to patrol the area assigned to you.No experience necessary but you need to be able to make good decisions. Wages start at $8.50 per hour and up depending on qualifications and experience.
