• Performs any work necessary in the maintenance, repair or remodeling of buildings facilities; uses a variety of hand and power tools in accomplishing assigned work. • Maintains and repairs a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment appliances • Performs mechanical servicing tasks, such as greasing, oiling and replacing worn/defective parts • Repairs/adjusts heating and air conditioning equipment, changes air filters • Performs carpentry, plumbing, painting and electrical necessary in making repairs to plumbing, furniture and buildings • Installs and removes equipment • Conducts inspections to determine needs for maintenance and repair work.

Direct Care Staff
Work with developmentally disabled adults in home-like setting. Duties include assistance with daily living skills, charting, some cleaning and cooking.

Sales/Warehouse
Position require regular lifting of at least 45 lbs, stocking, counting, customer service, packaging products, shipping and use of register. Applicants must be detail minded, enthusiastic and handle multiply demands at once.

Local flooring company looking for an inside sales representative spending most of the time generating accounts and assisting walk in customers for Carpet, Vinyl, Wood, Tile and other types of floor covering. Ideal candidate must be able to a use calculator and be able to accurately measure and estimate commercial and residential floor covering. Detailed orientated. Experienced installers are encouraged to apply. Must have at least 10 years experience installing. Need to be able to lift 20 lbs.

MAINTENANCE
Maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions. Must be prompt, reliable, and have flexible schedule. Other details to be discussed upon interview. Majority of duties preformed on boats, out on lake, setting anchors and repairs on marina dock. Hours as scheduled 7am-330pm. May lead to full time.

District Manager
Works under the direction of the Distribution Director and maintains an effective independent contractor delivery force required to distribute all products either produced or distributed by the company. No employees report this manager. Establishes, reviews, and adjusts route delivery boundaries to maximize service and minimize expenses Has a thorough understanding of the independent contractor agreements. Recruits, contracts, and manages an independent contractor carrier force to insure quality service to subscribers/vendors. Reviews contract performance results in both service and single copy sales to maintain company standards. Takes corrective action as needed. Oversees/assists in the distribution of company products to independent contractors Maintains company established complaint ratio standards. Responds to customer complaints and works with the IC to resolve complaints quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Maintains company records as needed, including accurate and up-to-date route delivery lists. Delivers open routes as needed. Ensures that all equipment on single copy routes is well-maintained. Responsible for verification of single copy returns. Performs other duties as assigned. Able to manage multiple independent contractor contracts Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing. Ability to apply common sense understanding to resolve customer complaints Good understanding of basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division in all units in order to compute rates, ratios, and percent to draw. Fundamental proficiency with computers and technology with a basic understanding of MS Word and Excel and the ability to learn required company business systems.

Cashier
