Cook Aide

Office Assistant
Office assistant, answer phones, filing, help with event and training scheduling, solid knowledge of MS Office. At least 6 months experience dealing with public and customer service. Outgoing, upbeat, sales like personality desired. Duties include attending community events and other marketing related activities.

Clerk Processor - Cashier
Under supervision and direction of the Regional Manager, The Clerk Processor/Cashier is responsible for cashiering, merchandising, sorting, cleaning, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated merchandise. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Forklift Operator Production Worker
Under supervision and direction of the Regional Manager, the Forklift Operator is responsible for accepting donations from the public, distributing requisite receipts, sorting, staking and inventory of goods. Will assist in the loading unloading of trucks.

Retail Processor
Under supervision and direction of the Regional Manager, The Processor is responsible for merchandising, sorting, cleaning, hanging, pricing, and tagging donated merchandise. Ability to work a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays.

Mortgage Loan Coordinator
Completes file review of all mortgage loan packages making sure applications are complete and consistent. Reviews Net Tangible Benefits and Loan Programs for accuracy. Collects all documentation and runs loan through automated underwriting and gathers loan condition. Ensures loan disclosures are delivered on time and are accurate. Orders electronic appraisals. Submits file into loan center so file can be validated and processed quickly. Assists with marketing and other requests made by the Mortgage Loan Officer.

Utility worker
Job Duties: Shipping & receiving, delivery of materials, equipment repair, laundry service, chemical mixing, and other miscellaneous utility work. Must be able to lift 40lbs. and present a D.M.V. printout. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave provided.

Sales
Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales for services. Explain services and prices, and answer questions from customers. Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted. Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements. Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders. Experience in Call Center preferred.

Dental Technician
Fabricate, alter, or repair dental devices, such as dentures, crowns, bridges, inlays, or appliances. Remove excess metal or porcelain and polish surfaces of prostheses or frameworks, using polishing machines. Melt metals or mix plaster, or acrylic pastes and pour materials into molds or over frameworks to form dental prostheses or apparatus. Will use of burrs and other cutting equipment Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift materials up to 50lbs.

Controller
Job duties include but not limited to: Supervision management of day to day accounting, Administrative functions daily cash reports, accounts payable, account receivable. Payroll month end and year end reconciliations, inter-company billings and reconciliations. Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements; lead in year-end preparation in conjunction with outside accounting firm prepare of budgets, financial planning. Strong computer/software skills, Organized.

Entry level / Part Time on Call
Job Duties: Employees expected to start in various positions at Trinity River Lumber Co. in a labor intense environment, jobs are listed as hard labor, a new employee will be expected to lift in excess of 100lbs. Entry level employees are required to move fast and think fast. TRLC expects all new employees to be in good physical health to meet high demands of work. All new employees are expected to be available any day of the week Sunday through Saturday if needed and will be expected to work both days and swing shifts on your feet for the entire shift.
