Completes file review of all mortgage loan packages making sure applications are complete and consistent. Reviews Net Tangible Benefits and Loan Programs for accuracy. Collects all documentation and runs loan through automated underwriting and gathers loan condition. Ensures loan disclosures are delivered on time and are accurate. Orders electronic appraisals. Submits file into loan center so file can be validated and processed quickly. Assists with marketing and other requests made by the Mortgage Loan Officer.
Utility worker
Job Duties: Shipping & receiving, delivery of materials, equipment repair, laundry service, chemical mixing, and other miscellaneous utility work. Must be able to lift 40lbs. and present a D.M.V. printout. Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave provided.

Remove excess metal or porcelain and polish surfaces of prostheses or frameworks, using polishing machines. Melt metals or mix plaster, or acrylic pastes and pour materials into molds or over frameworks to form dental prostheses or apparatus. Will use of burrs and other cutting equipment Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift materials up to 50lbs.

Job duties include but not limited to: Supervision management of day to day accounting, Administrative functions daily cash reports, accounts payable, account receivable. Payroll month end and year end reconciliations, inter-company billings and reconciliations. Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements; lead in year-end preparation in conjunction with outside accounting firm prepare of budgets, financial planning. Strong computer/software skills, Organized.
