What happens next after you apply?
Our Workforce Pool is the first place we look when seeking the right individual for a job opening. If we find that your resume looks like a good match for a job opening, a program adviser will contact you to ask if you would be interested in us forwarding your resume onto the prospective employer. The employer then decides if you do or do not meet the needs of the job order. If interested, the employer will contact you directly. If your resume does not meet the needs of the incoming job orders, we reserve the right to not refer your resume to prospective employers.
Your application will remain on file for 90 days. After this 90-day period we will deactivate and delete your application and resume from our system. If you want to reactivate your application and resume you must reapply.
AGREEMENT
By submitting your resume to the Workforce Pool you are authorizing Smart Business Resource Center (Smart) to submit and/or present your resume to various prospective employers on your behalf with the intent of helping you obtain employment. Also, through your submission, you agree to hold harmless and release Smart from any liability whatsoever as a result of this activity.
Important!
This should NOT replace your current job-search activities.
This is only another tool to help with your job-search. Smart is not a placement or temporary personnel agency. Jobseekers are not on Smart's payroll and we do not hold contracts with prospective employers for recruitment services.
