Rose 		Rose currently works for Smart as a Program Advisor in the Youth Department. This includes case management, teaching workshops and back up for job development. She's worked here for nearly 12 years, staffing a variety of positions between the adult and youth programs.

Rose's greatest achievement was graduating from college with her Associate's Degree, as a single mother of four, and currently returning to get her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Simpson University. She is currently married and grandmother of 5! She loves working in a place where she can be encouraging and helpful to others.
