Are you an English Language Learner looking for a full-time job, better pay, or a chance to build new skills? SMART Workforce Center’s REALM Program is here to help you take the next step in your career.

REALM provides no-cost training, job support, and language development for individuals who speak a language other than English at home and want to grow in manufacturing, trucking, construction, warehouse, and other high-demand fields.

What Worksite Safety Offers:

  • Worksite Safety Training (Flagger, OSHA-10, CPR, Job Briefing Skills)
  • On-the-job English support to help you communicate confidently at work
  • Help finding full-time employment with local employers
  • Resume building, interview coaching & job search assistance
  • Supportive services to help you succeed while you train

Who Can Enroll:

Participants must:
• Be at least 18 years old
• Be looking for full-time employment
• Have valid Right to Work documents
• Speak English as a second language or need additional English literacy support
